St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, Delray Beach, FL

(www.stmarydelray.org) For this beautiful church, a large parish in the Anglican Province of America, we cast a three bell harmonic peal, C4--E4--G4 in 1998, total weight of bells 1,287 lbs. The bells are rope-rung from the baptistry on the first floor of the tower. The peal configuration is the traditional “American” pattern, also called a “harmonic” peal, as it outlines a major chord on the keynote of the tenor bell. There is a manual tolling hammer provided for the tenor bell, so that funeral tolling, the first part of the Angelus, or other bell signals requiring single strikes may be done, when the bell is not swinging.
